Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

Q: Can you ship express?
A: We currently only offer First Class Parcel shipping. By standardizing on only one method we are able to reduce the costs of shipping and handling, resulting in lower costs for our customers.
Q: It is a zillion degrees in the summer in my neck of the woods. Can the cream sit all day in a mail box in the sun until I get home?
A: The hottest shipment that we have had so far was to Australia where the product sat all day in a metal mailbox at 104 Fahrenheit. The customer called us with exactly this question. The product was fine.
Tangerine Anti-Shine Cream
Q: How much should I use?
A: This is a question we get a lot. It appears that in particular our male customers like to use a lot more as compared to our female customers. It really only takes a small amount to cover the area that you wish to treat. The cream spreads very easily and absorbs very quickly into the skin. You should not be able to see any cream after application. If your face is white, you most definitely used too much :-)
Our female test panel members reported that the 0.25 Oz jar lasted a few weeks. If you like to "lay it on thick", we suggest you purchase the 1.5 Oz jar. It offers 6 times the amount for only 2 times the price.
Q: Can I use it more than once a day?
A: Yes you can. However, remember to use a sunscreen or stay out of the sun. Citrus essential oils can make the skin more sensitive to the sun. This is why we recommend its use as a night cream. Our testing shows that using it once a day is effective.
Q: Can the Tangerine Anti-Shine Cream be combined with acne treatments?
A: Several acne treatments, in particular oral treatments such as Acutane, are known to reduce oily skin as a side effect. Combining with our Tangerine Anti-Shine Cream may dry your skin out too much. On the other hand, we have received reports that the combination with non-drying topical acne products such as our Sana Fela Acne Treatment works quite nicely. Simply first apply the Sana Fela Acne Treatment directly to the affected acne area, and allow it to dry. Then apply the Sana Fela Anti Shine Ceam. Remember that we recommend using the Anti-Shine Cream only at night, whereas the Acne Treatment is used twice a day.
Q: How much Nobiletin is in the cream? Is it comparable to what is in the cited paper?
A: We are sorry not to be able to comment on this. The specifics of the extract that we use, as well as the amount of nobiletin that it contains, are proprietary and subject to a pending patent. We have taken great care to formulate Sana Fela products with the ideal balance of proper ingredients to positively improve the skin in the healthiest manner possible.
Sana Fela Acne Treatment
Q: How does your product compare to benzoyl peroxide based products?
A: Well, we think it is much better! :-)
Actually, you can expect results similar to benzoyl peroxide based products. However, the big difference is that our product is soothing for your skin and does not dry it out at all whereas benzoyl peroxide can be quite harsh and drying for your skin.
Q: Can Sana Fela Acne Treatment be combined with other acne products?
A: There is no data that says that you can't. However, keep in mind that when you use more than one product at once, it can be hard to decide whether beneficial (or non-beneficial!) effects are due to one product or the other.
